Other apps charge $5–18 every month — and want your bank login. Pony Up lets you split bills, budget, track subscriptions, and crush debt. All private. All on your phone. Pay once.
Your first module is free. Then 99¢ each — never a subscription.
Pay once for the tools you need. Own them forever.
Settle up with roommates, trips, and group dinners in seconds. Scan a receipt, split it any way you want, and see exactly who owes what. No more chasing people over text.
See what's actually safe to spend after bills and goals. Track spending, set budgets that roll over, and watch your net worth grow — without ever linking a bank account.
Never get surprise-charged again. Get reminded before bills are due, warned before a free trial converts to paid, and catch silent price hikes before they cost you.
Get a clear payoff plan and your real debt-free date. Compare snowball vs. avalanche, see the interest you'll save, and run "what if I paid extra" scenarios.
Try any module free for 7 days. Keep one free forever. Add more for 99¢ each — or get the rest for $1.99.
Pony Up runs entirely on your phone and your private iCloud. We have no servers that store your data, no bank connections, and we collect nothing.
"Data Not Collected" isn't a marketing line — it's how the app is built.

Pony Up ("the app," "we," "us") is built and operated by Hintz Enterprises. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. We designed Pony Up to keep your data private and on your own devices.
Pony Up stores your information on your device and, if you use iCloud, syncs it through your own private Apple iCloud account. We do not run our own servers that collect your data, we do not connect to your bank, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial information with anyone.
Depending on which features you use, the app lets you enter and store: bill-splitting information (groups, expenses, who owes what); budgeting information (accounts you create, transactions, categories, budgets, savings goals); bills and subscriptions information (bills, due dates, amounts, renewal details); debt information (debts, balances, interest rates, payment records); and optional content you add, such as photos of receipts or a group/profile photo.
All of this is information you choose to enter. The app does not access your bank accounts, card numbers, or financial institutions, and does not import your transactions automatically.
Purchases (such as unlocking modules) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details; Apple handles all payment information under Apple's terms and privacy policy.
If you enable notifications, the app sends local reminders from your own device (for example, a bill due date or budget alert). These are generated on your device and are not sent through our servers.
Because your data lives on your device and in your iCloud, you control it. You can delete individual items in the app, or delete the app to remove its local data. Data synced to iCloud can be managed or removed through your device's iCloud settings. If you delete a shared group, your copy is removed; other members manage their own copies.
Pony Up is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy as the app changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.

By downloading or using Pony Up ("the app"), operated by Hintz Enterprises, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Pony Up is a personal money toolkit that provides tools to split bills, budget, track bills and subscriptions, and plan debt payoff. All information in the app is entered by you and stored on your device and, optionally, your private iCloud.
Pony Up provides informational tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. All figures, projections, and estimates (such as "safe to spend," payoff dates, or interest saved) are for informational purposes only and are based on the information you enter. For decisions about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
Pony Up is free to download. Each module offers a one-time free trial, after which you may keep one module free and unlock additional modules through one-time purchases (99¢ each, or a bundle price for the rest). All purchases are one-time and non-consumable — there are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations and estimates will be accurate for your circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hintz Enterprises is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Do I need to connect my bank?
No. Pony Up never connects to your bank. You enter your information yourself, and it stays on your device and your private iCloud.
Is there a subscription?
No. Your first module is free, and additional modules are a one-time 99¢ each (or a bundle price for the rest). You pay once and own them.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the app, go to "More Modules," and tap "Restore Purchases." Your unlocked modules and your data will restore from your iCloud account.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes, if you're signed in to iCloud. Your data syncs privately through your own iCloud account — we never see it.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual items in the app, or delete the app to remove its local data. iCloud data can be managed in your device's iCloud settings.
